- Set up a circle, the goal box, or some other space with designate edges
- Two players are sharks (no ball), the rest are fish (one ball apiece)
- Fish “swim” in tank”, dribbling their balls
- Sharks try to kick fish’s balls out of area
- When kicked out, fish retrieve ball
- After performing some activity (ball touches, jumping jacks, counting to 10 backwards [have fun here]) players return to circle

- Watch out for defenders (sharks)
- Dribbling speed

- Each player has a ball
- Line up on the baseline (even with the goal)
- When coach turns back it’s a green light (players dribble toward half field)
- When coach faces players it’s a red light (players must stop)
- Player that fails to freeze returns to goal line or to previous position (at coaches discretion)

- Three players in a rough square on offense
- One player in the middle on defense
- When the ball is passed, the opposite player must move into a “passing lane” – an open space where (s)he can receive the ball
- Based on the ball position, offensive players must move to receive the ball.
- Defender attempts to intercept.
- When ball is intercepted the offensive player “at fault” moves into the center

- Defensive player anticipates passes and capitalizes on poor traps
